Before you write to us
We don't ask you to take our word for it, and we don't publish testimonials. Below is only what you can check yourself: who you pay, which hospitals receive patients, who reads your records and what happens to them.
Who we are and who treats you
The main thing to understand before you write: MedBridge organises the trip, and treatment is delivered by the physicians of the Boao Lecheng cluster's hospitals.
We are the official representative of the Boao Lecheng medical cluster for international patients. We arrange the trip: paperwork and document translation, flights, accommodation and on-site support. We are not a medical institution.
We don't interfere in the medicine itself — diagnosis, indications and the treatment plan are determined by the cluster's physicians. Care is delivered by licensed medical institutions; all medical decisions are made by physicians.
One person handles your case from pre-screening to your return home and follow-up afterwards. You always know who you are talking to.
Money
The most common question from a careful patient. The short answer: for medicine — the clinic, against its invoices; for the organisation — no prepayment.
Treatment is paid directly to the clinic against its official invoices and receipts — on site, before the work-up begins. Payment for medical care does not pass through MedBridge.
We add no mark-up to medical care: the amount on the clinic's invoice is the clinic's amount.
No prepayment for the organisation is required. Your coordinator explains the payment procedure and sends the details in advance — you see who you pay and for what before you fly.
If you extend your stay beyond the programme, the extra nights are paid directly to the hotel.
Hospitals
Each hospital appears in the Boao Lecheng zone's register of medical institutions or in the open press. The sources sit next to each one so you can check without us.

Coordinating physician
Your records are reviewed by a physician, not by a manager with an interpreter. His education and qualifications are described on a separate page; copies of the documents are available on request at a consultation.
Chief coordinating physician, MedBridge
More than 25 years in medicine
A Chinese physician with more than 25 years in medicine and a WHO-associated WFAS certificate. He reviews your records himself, matches you to the right hospital and specialist in the Boao Lecheng cluster, and stays with you through the consultations.
Dr Yang coordinates the treatment route: he reviews records, matches the hospital and specialist, and accompanies you through consultations. Diagnoses and treatment decisions are made by the treating physicians of the chosen clinic in the cluster, following in-person examination and diagnostics.

Public channels
Our publications appear under the MedBridge name on platforms that show dates and history. These are not testimonials — they are our own material about the cluster, the methods and how a trip is organised.
Documents
The enquiry form and the correspondence that follows contain personal and medical data. The terms of processing are published; here is their substance.
Your name, contact details, the text of your enquiry and any information you volunteer, including medical information.
Contacting you about your enquiry; arranging a consultation, diagnostics and support; passing data to partner medical institutions and interpreters in order to fulfil the enquiry.
Consent is given voluntarily; processing continues until its purposes are met or consent is withdrawn. You can withdraw it by writing to info@medbridge.clinic.
Full texts: Privacy policy and Consent to personal data processing (in Russian).
Boundaries
You can also judge us by what we don't promise.
No diagnosis is made online. From your records the coordinating physician can say whether a trip makes sense and which specialist to see — the diagnosis and prescriptions are made by the clinic's treating physician after in-person examination and diagnostics.
The scope of a programme and whether it is appropriate are determined by a physician by indication. Medical procedures have contraindications; a physician's consultation is required.
Medical data is confidential and advertising of medical services is restricted by law. So instead of testimonials, this page lists what you can verify yourself.
Invoices for the medical part are issued by the clinic and paid to the clinic. We organise the trip and accompany you — that is separate, and there is no prepayment.
How to ask
Any question about payment, the hospitals or the documents can be asked before you send an enquiry — with no obligation.
The coordinating physician reads your reports and scans and tells you whether a trip makes sense and which specialist in the cluster to see. No online diagnosis, no prepayment.
