Alongside the main directions, the cluster's clinics offer technologies that in most countries are either unavailable or offered only in isolated centres. Below is what each one is, in plain terms — and, crucially, how mature it is.
We deliberately separate established methods from developing directions. Blurring the two is a tactic of clinics that cannot be trusted.
Cellular technologies
Personal cell storage
Immune or stem cells are collected while the body is healthy and kept in an automated cryobank in liquid-nitrogen vapour at around −196 °C. Access and tracking are robotic, without human handling.
For those who want to preserve their own biological material for the future — so that younger cells can be used later, by indication.
Established methodStorage is a service, not a treatment. On its own it treats nothing, and it does not guarantee the cells will be needed or suitable.
Regenerative methods
Exosome therapy
Exosomes are microscopic vesicles that cells release to exchange signals. The preparation contains not the cells themselves but these signalling particles.
Considered in aesthetic and restorative directions — by indication and at the physician's decision.
Developing directionThe direction is under active research and is not a standard of care. The result is individual and not guaranteed.
Regenerative methods
SVF — stromal vascular fraction
A cell fraction rich in regenerative and vascular cells is isolated from a small volume of your own adipose tissue and used during the same visit.
Discussed for work with tissue and in aesthetic medicine — strictly by indication.
Developing directionA developing method: indications and appropriateness are determined by a physician, and no result is promised.
Oncology
Organoids — a tumour test model
A miniature three-dimensional model of the tumour is grown in the laboratory from the patient's tissue, and agents are tested on it before being given to the person.
May be discussed in complex oncology cases as an additional tool for choosing therapy.
Developing directionA research direction. It does not replace standard oncology protocols and does not guarantee that the laboratory's prediction will match the body's response.
Functional medicine
Faecal microbiota transplantation (FMT)
Transfer of gut microbiota from a screened donor to restore microbial balance.
Internationally the method is recognised above all for recurrent Clostridioides difficile infection; other indications are under study.
Developing directionBeyond the proven indications the method remains investigational. It is used only at a physician's decision and after assessment.
Neurology
NEUROLITH — transcranial pulse stimulation
A non-invasive method: short pulses act on areas of the brain through the skull, without anaesthesia or incisions.
Considered within programmes for restoring the nervous system — by indication and as part of rehabilitation.
Developing directionA developing direction. It does not replace rehabilitation or the therapy prescribed by a neurologist, and the result is not guaranteed.
Men's health
Rezūm — water vapour therapy for prostate enlargement
A minimally invasive method: water vapour is delivered into the enlarged prostate tissue, the gland gradually reduces in volume and urine flow improves.
For men with benign prostatic hyperplasia who want to avoid major surgery.
Established methodAn established method with international approvals and accumulated practice. Indications and appropriateness are determined by a urologist after assessment.
Not sure which of these applies to you?
Send your records — Dr Yang will review your situation and say whether there are indications and which hospital in the cluster performs it.
