Diagnostics · the first step

Check-up — an accurate diagnosis before any treatment

Around 150 parameters and investigations: extended laboratory panels, cancer screening, ultrasound and CT, a review with a physician and a personal plan. The diagnostics themselves take one or two days; the whole programme runs over 4 days and 3 nights. The full price is 17,800 ¥ for one person and 24,800 ¥ for two — including a 5★ hotel room, transfers and a coordinator who speaks your language. Every treatment programme starts here.

Why diagnostics first

Treatment doesn't start without an accurate diagnosis

An accurate diagnosis isn't a formality — it's the basis of safety and of results. That's why every programme begins with a full, objective picture of your health.

The check-up precedes any cellular, recovery or anti-age programme: it lets us objectively assess the body's condition, rule out contraindications and hidden inflammation, and tailor a programme strictly to you.

Who it's for

When a check-up is the right move

Diagnostics here isn't only preparation for therapy — it's a standalone programme: an objective picture of your health and a plan of action within days.

  • Executives with packed schedules

A complete picture of your health in one short visit — no weeks lost between offices and labs.

  • Those who kept postponing

If your last full examination was years ago, a check-up closes the accumulated questions in a few days.

  • Before a cellular programme

The required first step: no therapy in the cluster begins without an accurate diagnosis.

  • Over 40 — ahead of risk

Age-related changes are easier to see early: hormones, vessels, tumour markers, metabolism.

  • Couples and families

Men's and women's versions of the programmes — you can both complete diagnostics in a single visit.

  • For a second opinion

Fresh examination data is the basis for an independent review of your situation by specialist physicians.

What the diagnostics reveal

Not tests for the sake of tests, but answers to important questions

A comprehensive check-up builds an objective picture and finds what shows no sign at an early stage — while it's still easy to address.

  • Hidden inflammation

Low-grade processes that quietly undermine wellbeing for years and don't show at an ordinary appointment.

  • Early cancer risks

Tumour markers and imaging (ultrasound, CT) — age-appropriate screening, before symptoms appear.

  • Hormonal balance

Thyroid and sex hormones — a common cause of fatigue, weight and mood.

  • Hidden deficiencies

Iron, vitamins and metabolism that silently drain your energy.

  • Cardiovascular risks

Lipids, ECG and factors that lead to heart attack and stroke — before they show.

  • Organ health

Liver, kidneys, blood — a baseline check of the body's 'engine'.

Programmes

Two diagnostic programmes

The Essential programme gives a full, objective picture of your health — over 100 tests and investigations. The Comprehensive programme adds in-depth panels (hormones, inflammation, metabolism, immunity, extended cancer screening) — around 150 tests. A physician determines what you need after consultation. The price published below is for the Comprehensive programme, which most people choose.

Service

  • A nutritious breakfast is included

Versions for men and women

For women, additionally: a gynaecological examination (external genitalia, vagina, cervix, adnexa) and a flora smear. Cancer screening includes CA-125 (ovaries) and CA 15-3 (breast).

For men: cancer screening includes PSA — total and free (prostate).

How to choose: the Essential programme suits you if you want a full, objective picture and a systematic check; the Comprehensive one — if you want maximum depth (hormones, inflammation, metabolism, cancer risks) and to act ahead. A physician determines what exactly you need after a consultation.

Programme

How it works — 4 days / 3 nights

How to prepare

A few simple steps — and it's all done in one visit

The coordinator sends an exact checklist for your programme in advance. In broad strokes, here's what's worth knowing.

Fasting for tests

Some tests are taken in the morning on an empty stomach (8–12 hours without food); water is fine.

Bring prior investigations

Records, scans and test results help the physician see the dynamics.

A list of medicines

Tell us about every medicine you take — it affects interpretation.

A calm day before

No alcohol or heavy exercise for 1–2 days before diagnostics.

A checklist in advance

The coordinator sends an exact checklist for your programme before the trip.

Outcome

What you receive

  • Full examination results
  • A detailed explanation from the physician — what was found and what it means
  • A personal treatment and recovery plan
  • Official clinic documents
  • A tour of the medical zone with Dr Yang — laboratory, cryobank, equipment
  • The option to proceed to therapy — by indication

Price

The Comprehensive programme: price, open and complete

Not «from» and not «ask a manager». This is the full cost of the Comprehensive check-up — around 150 parameters and investigations, plus accommodation, transfers and support. The only thing paid separately is your flight.

One person

17,800 ¥

≈ $2,470

The Comprehensive programme for one: 4 days / 3 nights, a hotel room, all transfers and a coordinator.

Second person only +7,000 ¥

Two people

24,800 ¥

≈ $3,440

12,400 ¥ per person · ≈ $1,720

Two people share one room and complete the work-up in a single visit. That is 10,800 ¥ — about $1,500 — less than two separate programmes.

What is included

Everything except the flight

  • Comprehensive diagnostics

Laboratory work, imaging, cancer screening and specialist consultations — according to the programme chosen.

  • 5★ hotel accommodation

Boao Huafengshijia Hotel — three nights on a seaside resort site. One room per programme: it suits a single guest and a couple equally.

  • All transfers

Meeting at Sanya airport, the drive to the hotel and daily hotel ↔ hospital transfers.

  • Personal coordinator

Support in your language throughout the programme: between departments, at consultations, with translation.

  • Results explained by a physician

Not a printout of test values but an explanation: what was found, what it means and what to do next.

  • Official clinic documents

Formally issued conclusions and results — your own doctor at home can work from them.

What is paid separately — so there are no surprises:

  • Flights. There are direct flights to Sanya from Moscow; from other cities, connections via Beijing or Guangzhou.
  • No visa needed — Hainan is visa-free for citizens of Russia and most CIS countries.
  • Additional investigations, if a physician considers them necessary during the work-up — always agreed with you in advance.
  • Treatment, if the diagnostics show it is indicated — that is a separate programme with its own cost.

Where you will stay

Boao Huafengshijia Hotel

Accommodation is included in the price of the programme.

A 5★ hotel on the coast

Accommodation is included in the price of the programme — and this is not a hospital guest house. It is a five-star resort hotel on the shore, minutes from the medical zone: pools, landscaped grounds and access to the sea. One room is provided per programme, and it works equally for a single guest or a couple — with a double bed or twin beds.

That is the point of the format: the work-up takes a day or two, and the rest of the time you are on holiday rather than on a ward. Many come as a couple and combine diagnostics with a few days by the sea.

Why it is worth it

Why it costs less than it looks

The comparison that matters is not the price of a single test, but what the same work-up costs at home — in time as well as money.

  • A month of running around becomes two days

At home the same work-up is assembled across different clinics over weeks: bloods here, ultrasound there, CT somewhere else, each with its own queue. Here it is one building and one or two days.

  • You pay the clinic directly

The medical part is paid to the hospital against its official invoices. MedBridge adds no mark-up to medical care.

  • The second person costs only +7,000 ¥

Same room, same coordinator, same transfers — in effect you add only the second medical programme. That is why two people together cost a third less than separately.

  • This is the first step, not an add-on

No treatment programme in the cluster begins without precise diagnostics. The check-up is not «extra» — it is the entrance to any route.
